Search and save
On the dashboard, under School trips, the school filters by type of activity and subject. Clicking the heart saves the trips it likes so they can be shared with teachers.
Ask for information
Each trip has a button to ask for information. You enter the year group, how many pupils would go, the contact person and, if you like, a message. To send it, you need to agree to Woltica passing the contact name, phone number and email address to that business.
Follow the request
The business sees it in its dashboard and contacts the school by phone or email. Under Requests you can see the status: New, Contacted, and then Confirmed or Declined. Asking for information doesn't commit you to anything.
