If your business offers tours, workshops, camps or any activity designed for families with children, Woltica lets you register as a provider and list your activities directly in front of a community of families who are already looking for this kind of plan.
How to register as a provider
When you sign up and choose the "Business / Tour" account type, you get your own dashboard where you can create your activities with a description, photos and conditions, manage the bookings you receive and check figures such as how many bookings are pending or confirmed.
Reviewed before going live
For families' safety, every new activity and every new provider profile is reviewed by the Woltica team before it becomes publicly visible on the website. This helps keep quality and trust high across the community.
How much it costs
Signing up and listing your activities is free, with no monthly fee. Woltica charges 15% of the amount of each closed contact, that is, each booking a family makes with you through Woltica. If you like, you can also take an optional €8-a-month service to appear as a featured business or to feature a discount code for families.
Things to consider before signing up
Bookings are currently managed from your provider dashboard. If your business already uses another booking tool, we recommend checking how it would fit with your current way of working before you start listing.
