What they're for
Messaging a family for the first time when they aren't at your school, PTA or club costs 1 credit. Talking to families in your own Space doesn't use credits. If you've turned on the "Meet families visiting my city" option, messaging families travelling to your city doesn't use credits either.
How to get them
You get 3 welcome credits when you complete your profile and the affinity questionnaire. You can earn more by inviting other families with your code: when the invited family confirms their email address, you both get 2 credits (for you, up to 10 families a month). Credit packs and a travel pass will also be available to buy very soon.
No reply, credit back
If the family you message doesn't reply within 72 hours, we give you the credit back. That way you only spend it when a real conversation happens.
